Updated SLC5/6 and CC7 cloud and docker images have been made available.

CERN CentOS 7.4 available.¶

Dear Linux users.

We have a pleasure to announce that updated CERN CentOS Linux (CC7) version:

        CC 7.4 becomes default CC7 production version
        *********************************************

                  as of Monday 18.09.2017

Updating CERN CentOS 7.3 to 7.4:

All updates are released to production repositories as of 18.09.2017, in order to update your system please run as root:

# yum clean all # yum update

CERN CentOS 7.4 testing available.¶

Dear Linux users.

We have a pleasure to announce that updated CERN Centos Linux (CC7) version:

        *****************************************
        CC 7.4 TEST is available for installation
        *****************************************
                as of Tuesday 12.09.2017

and will become default CC7 production version on 18.09.2017.

Updating CERN CentOS 7.3 to 7.4:

All updates will be released to production repositories on Monday 18.09.2017.

Until then CC7 system can be updated by running:

# yum --enablerepo=cr --enablerepo={updates,extras,cern,cernonly}-testing clean all # yum --enablerepo=cr --enablerepo={updates,extras,cern,cernonly}-testing update
